Then at around 8:00 Nick Cave, Bob Fisher, and Alela Diane came over for poker night.  We drank six bottles of Bombay Sapphire and we talked about you, Matthew.  It wasn&#039;t pretty, I&#039;m afraid.  Especially Nick.  He hasn&#039;t forgotten the time when you called him &quot;a right tosser.&quot;</description>
