Great stuff.

Caught James Yorkston, Pictish Trail and Rozi Plain last night, playing to an ‘intimate’ audience of 23.

People down these parts clearly haven’t been reading their Guardians. Fortunately, the ‘crowd’ was enthralled throughout, and all three seemed to have fun (“we’ve played to bigger, but worse, crowds”) and were fucking awesome (and lovely people).

Cheers Milo. I am hoping the impending Blog Spam will also yield some results, but we’ll see. I am really interested to see which makes the biggest difference in terms of generating actual sales. There’s definitely been a small increase this last week.

Brilliant news. It is undoubtedly deserved, but I’ve seen very very decent Scottish bands get ignored by the mainstream UK press before so this should definitely not get taken for granted.
