In my limited experience, promoters do seem almost preternaturally inept. It must be part of the job description.

Great news about the Spring tour - if I can do anything to help with things in the South (Southampton and Winchester, mainly) then give me a shout.

Cheers

I was very close to throwing my laptop off walls and hurling myself off balconies during the booking of this tour. Some promoters need to take a very long, hard look at themselves and what they're actually trying to achieve and what their motives for putting on shows actually are. But enough of that. I could go on an epic rant about poor promoters, but that'd bore the vast majority of humankind.

This tour is going to be mint. I'd like to thank all the promoters that we are working with on this tour because they all seem very switched on and organised. Big respect to them.

Matt - Meursault would love to go further south than London. As Matthew suggests, hopefully the Spring album launch tour will contain some more southern shows. In abundance!

Everything will be available on the Toad Records site as soon as it is released, so yes, the States is no problem.

Matt - we tried, and will try again for the Spring tour in support of the new album. I will pass Phil your details and see if he can sort something out.

Ed - too fucking right. I organised the last (teeny-tiny) tour myself and Christ al-fucking-mighty it was depressing. Phil is therefore my hero right at this moment in time.

Good on ya all!

Find trying to organise gigs extremely nerve-wracking, so serious respect for organising a tour. And don't even get me started on the difficulties of distribution...;)
